RETURN POLICY

All products are non – returnable and non-exchangeable. 


All sales are final 


Returns / replacement will be only accepted for fulfillment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.


Courier charges for incorrect shipments will be borne by SCENTSUTRA. If you have any questions or concerns please e-mail us on cc@scentsutra.com.

 

REFUND AND CANCELLATION         

If case of FULFILLMENT error, your refund request will be accepted and your funds will be refunded to you in 15 - 21 business days 

Cancellations once shipment is made is not possible. For cancellation prior to shipment, please contact our customer service at cc@scentsutra.com.
